The Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership Common Data Model is a standardized relational schema and vocabulary for observational health data, stewarded by the OHDSI community. It normalizes claims, EHR and registry data into one shape so that an analysis written once can run unchanged against another institution’s database — the federated-analytics answer to moving patient data.
