Nextflow is a workflow language and runtime for data-driven computational pipelines, created in 2013 at the Centre for Genomic Regulation and now developed by Seqera Labs. Pipelines are portable across laptops, HPC schedulers and cloud batch services without modification, and the nf-core project curates a community library of production genomics workflows written in it.
